Capital Lending Process


CIF receives project scope and location from developer

CIF performs feasibility analysis for EB-5 Funding, loan amount/interest, and terms (1 month)

With mutual agreement, CIF works with developer on timeline, additional sources of capital, and exit scenarios for EB-5 investors in years 5-6 (1 month)

With developer, CIF creates a project plan for approval from USCIS (6 months)

Upon approval, CIF markets project to potential international investors (3 months)

EB-5 capital is subscribed, escrowed, and released to project per funding agreement (2 months)

Typically, at year 5-6, EB-5 capital and interest returned to investors who now have their permanent U.S. residency
