"I'm worried about my H1b visa status"
With so many H1b changes, consider the EB-5 Visa immigration program instead. You may have many questions - and we can help:
"What is the wait time to US permanent residency?"
"What are the additional costs and why is there an admin fee?"
"Will the current investment amount of $500,000 increase to $925,000 in the near future?"
"What are the red flags I need to be careful of?"
Call our office at (509) 279-3662 for answers.
"EB5 is a viable path to Green Card for H1B professionals." - Abhi S.
How to enroll in the EB5 visa program:
STEP 1
Consider the Alternatives
With many recent and confusing changes in the H-1B program, the EB-5 visa is proving to be a better choice that is not dependent on employment or place of residence. Read the latest H-1B news HERE.
STEP 2
Allocate Funds for Investment
The EB-5 Visa currently requires a $500,000 investment in a qualified U.S. construction project through an approved Regional Center. (IMPORTANT NOTE: This could be raised to $925,000 to $1,025,000 by the U.S. Government at any time, making it timely to consider joining the program now). In addition to your investment, you will be paying fees to your immigration counsel (see suggested firms below). Columbia International Finance charges a $15,000 administration fee - much less than the typical $50,000-$60,000 administrative fee charged by most other EB-5 projects.

STEP 3
Consult With Your Immigration Attorney
You may already have immigration counsel, but here are two excellent law firms who are familiar with the Seattle Innovation Center project.
"I wasn't aware that EB5 could be a viable path to Green Card even for H1B professionals before I met CIF. Their collaborations with top builders in Seattle, and other major cities, provide the safest avenue for anyone interested in the EB5 investment and they are committed to offer the best experience to EB5 investors."
