The Seattle Innovation Center EB-5 Visa Investment Project
Now under construction for late 2020 completion, the Seattle Innovation Center is Columbia International Finance’s current EB-5 investment project. Located in Seattle, Washington’s Belltown District, it is an approved USCIS exemplar project.
Identified as a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), the Seattle Innovation Center is not only bringing jobs to the area, but the promise of a revitalized neighborhood hub.
2 Levels and 11,800 SF of conservatory
22 Residential floors with 365 apartments and 2 story amenities
2,400 SF of open space terrace
9 Levels and 176,000 SF of office use
2 Levels and 5,500 SF of retail
5 Levels of below grade parking for 221 cars and 117 bicycles
The building has now reached a major milestone, the "topping out" of the structural steel frame work for the core and shell. The Center is supported by 30 approved I-526 applications to date, with a substantial job count surplus that helps to ensure continued EB-5 compatibility.
